Context
The below features I have worked on as the main product designer from initial ideation, design to delivering the feature for handover to engineering. These features have facilitated a more efficient and seamless collaborative environment, enabling users from around the globe to work together effectively online.
Space Linking
Quickly share a link to a space by @mentioning the space name or copying the space link. Allowing others to join a space just at the click of a button.
File Viewer Enhancements
Browse through files within a space with the new and improved file preview viewer. Filter through all the content sent into a space by switching from a gird view to a list view.
Pin messages in a space
Pin messages in a space so that others can easily access important content, such as, files and links, no matter when they were posted. You can also pin a message as a banner at the top of the space so it is visible to everyone in the space.
Meeting Recording Player
Watch back important meetings that you have recorded previous. Quickly filter through the conversation by searching the transcripts for important talking points you want to listen back to.
Skin Tone Reactions
Webex has always been a powerful tool for team communication and collaboration. Now, with the introduction of Skin Tone Reactions, Webex is continuously taking steps towards a more inclusive and empathetic communication. We also had a rebrand here!
Copy link to message
Webex enhanced its usability by allowing users to easily reference specific messages, streamlining communication and improving information sharing. This feature empowers teams to share important messages seamlessly, ensuring everyone stays on the same page and reducing the chances of miscommunication.
Collapse & expand threads
Collapse and expand threads feature enhanced message usability by allowing users to better organise their conversations. This feature helps users manage their discussions more effectively by collapsing threads to reduce visual clutter and expanding them to dive into detailed replies. It ensures that important information is easily accessible, improving the overall flow and focus of team interactions.
